1. Service Description & Retainer Engagements

SalesGency provides ongoing GTM AI automation, custom scraper engineering, and sales systems architecture. Engagements include one-time Diagnostic Audits ($495, 100% credited to first retainer), Dedicated Retainers ($2,995/mo), and self-serve digital workflow blueprints.

2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

All workflows, n8n JSON nodes, Python scripts, database schemas, and prompt architectures authored for your organization belong 100% to you. We do not retain proprietary locks or licensing rights over your deliverables.

3. Cancellation & Pause Policy

Monthly retainer subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time with zero penalty. When paused, unused days in your current billing cycle are preserved and may be resumed whenever you choose.
